The FIAB 960 is FIAB's bestseller and the most popular model of high-frequency welder in the world. Its extraordinary versatility and wealth of expansion options have exceeded the designers' expectations - it is a versatile solution that works both as a stand-alone unit and as a key component of a production line.
The welding machine can operate as a stationary version (on transport wheels) or as a mobile version - ideal for rapid welding of a large number of meters in a short period of time. What's more, the stationary FIAB 960 can be expanded at any time with a track up to 100 meters, turning it into a mobile production center.
Personalization? Virtually unlimited. From sealing parameter settings (time, cooling, electrode height, travel speed) to full process automation and the ability to easily change recipes.
The FIAB 960 also offers a wide range of optional accessories - such as laser pointers, pulse adapter or side work platforms - to customize the machine to meet specific needs. The multitude of electrodes range from simple logo electrodes to electrodes for welding windows in sliding door production. The machine's high power means it can handle any material susceptible to high-frequency welding.
